External benchmarking of Gassco's facilities.

The scope of the competition is external benchmarking of Gassco's gas terminals in Germany (Dornum and Emden), Belgium (Zeebrugge), France (Dunkerque) and the UK (Easington and St. Fergus). The benchmarking should be performed in Q1/Q2 of 2018 based on data from 2017.

Gassco may want to repeat this exercise, typically at 3 year intervals, and this will be included as options in the final contract.
