The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for immunological determinations, for performing the so-called critical analyses and for electrophoresis, immunofication and isoelectrofocusing of proteins, together with the lease of equipment:

1. reagents for immunological determinations with particular emphasis on autoimmune diseases with equipment lease

2. reagents for performing the so-called critical analyses with the lease of analysers

3. reagents for electrophoresis, immunofixation and isoelectrofocusing of proteins of body fluids with equipment lease

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ / Appendix No. 1 to the contract - assortment and price form, on the terms set out in the contract template constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
