The Contracting Authority mentioned in Point 1 intends to enter into Framework Agreements to meet their continual need for tyres and maintenance services for the municipality's vehicles under 3 500 kg.

The aim of the procurement is to meet the Contracting Authority's continual need for a workshop, cleaning and tyre supplier, who can take care of the municipality's maintenance needs for the municipal vehicles under 3 500 kg in a safe and good way that is more efficient and reduces transaction costs for municipal vehicle maintenance.

The procurement is divided into 3 Framework Agreements:

— Framework Agreement 1: workshop services (service, PKK and various repair work),

— Framework Agreement 2: tyre contracts,

— Framework Agreement 3: cleaning vehicles.
