The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the Task: Renovation of part of the tram traction cables, under the PKP viaduct, supplying power to Z-9 for the supply area of the Żmigrodzka rectifier station in Wrocław, under the conditions specified in the contract and in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, requirements and expectations of the Employer includes:

1) model contract — WU (Annex No 1 to SWZ);

2) Description of the Subject of the Contract – consisting of the Design Documentation and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference)

which are an integral part of SWZ.
