The object of the present proceedings is the performance of the service consisting in the performance of the contract engineer's function over the implementation of the project entitled: "Expansion of the Municipal Stadium at al. Unii Lubelskiej 2 in Łódź in the "design and build" formula.

The object of the present proceedings is the performance of the service consisting in the performance of the contract engineer's function over the implementation of the project entitled: "Expansion of the Municipal Stadium at al. Unii Lubelskiej 2 in Łódź in the "design and build" formula. The investor's supervision contract is based on the provision of surveillance, reporting, control, coordination and settlement services for project works and construction works and supervision over the performance of warranty obligations by the Contractor from the day the contract is signed to the completion of the engineering function.

The contractor is obliged to act for and on behalf of the Awarding Entity in order to implement the undertaking under the funds secured for this purpose, acting in accordance with the applicable law, in particular the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the Construction Law, the Public Finance Act, while maintaining standards qualitative in accordance with the approved documentation and principles of technical knowledge.
