The Senator for Children and Education decided to expand the existing primary school at Wigmodistraße in Bremen Blumenthal into a four-day full-time school. For this structural changes and additions are necessary.

Due to age, the existing on the school property Mobilklassenbau is off. The building currently contains 4 classrooms, with storage and sanitary facilities. As a replacement, a new building with about 2 600 m 2 BGF to be created on the property. For the cafeteria incl. Kitchen is about 420 m 2 went out. Furthermore, the requirements for the full day have to be implemented with special delivery rooms that go beyond the standard room program.

As part of the restructuring of the school concept to the bound all-day school as a basis for the ES Bau a space utilization concept and area standard by the Senator for Children and Education has been specified. Since the existing space for a 4-speed elementary school in the bound full-day is not sufficient, the location was extensively examined for any expansion possibilities and locations for this.

The new building is to be connected via the old building on the media side. For the heating system, a new boiler is to be installed in the old building. For the cafeteria / kitchen and the classrooms / ancillary rooms ventilation units are to be provided. The new building is planned in the passive house standard.

The cost of the technical equipment amounts to approx. EUR 1.56 million net for the KG 400, of which approx. EUR 1.32 million is due to the equipment groups 1-5 and 8. The all-day operation is to begin for the school year 2022/23.

The services to be awarded consist of:

- Performance phase 3 technical equipment acc. § 55 HOAI, ALG 1-5, 8,

- Performance phases 4-9 technical equipment acc. § 55 HOAI, ALG 1-5, 8 as optional commission by determination of the AG (possibly in stages to be determined by the client),

- Special services in all phases of the technical equipment acc. §§ 53 HOAI as optional commission by determination of the AG (possibly in stages to be defined by the client).

For the provision up to the performance phase 2 (ES construction) acc. § 55 HOAI, ALG 1-5, 8 is commissioned by the office V & W Ingenieurplanung. The named office is not excluded from participation in the procedure. The results of performance phase 2 will be made available to tenderers with a call for tenders.

The planning of the conveyor systems as well as the use-specific systems (ALG 6 and 7) are taken over by the client.

The contracting entity can be supported and advised in the operative implementation of this VgV negotiated procedure by D & K drost consult GmbH, Hamburg.
