The acquisition includes the central voltage of the electricity supply station in the Eastern Central Metro and the process equipment of the equilibrium electricity supply station.

The acquisition relates to the renovation of the Eastern Central-electricity supply station and the station conversion plant, where by this separate acquisition of the subscriber, process equipment will be acquired. In this acquisition, the renewable equipment will be installed and deployed in stages alongside existing equipment in service, in accordance with the progress of construction work.

Preliminary content of the acquisition:

- One 20kV medium voltage battery

- Two 20/0.4kV dry transformers

- Two 20/0.635kV three-winding rectifier transformers

- Two 750VDC rectifiers

- DC breaker instrument (750VDC)

- Two track separator dashes (750VDC)

- Auxiliary centers

- Rail bridges and cables between hardware

- Installation and commissioning of hardware.

The acquisition is subject to Total delivery in accordance with II.1.4.

The procurement is carried out as a negotiation procedure under the Specific Sector Procurement Act (Law on Procurement and Concessions for entities in the Water and Energy, Transport and Postal Services sectors 1398/2016). The object of the acquisition and the requirements and objectives of the contracting entity are described in the preliminary procurement programme annexed to this request for participation/invitation to tender (hereinafter referred to as “Request for Participation”) (Annex 1).

The preliminary procurement programme has described the object of the acquisition with the precision that a potential candidate may take a decision on participation in the tender process. The preliminary procurement programme shall be submitted in the request for participation without attachments.

On request, the subscriber may arrange a visit to the destination before submitting applications to participate. The willingness to visit the visit is requested to inform us via the TJOJSService.fi portal as an additional question to participate in the request. Subsequently, the contracting entity shall indicate further instructions and the date of the visit.

Candidates to be accepted as bidders (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) are selected in accordance with the minimum requirements and criteria set out in the Participation Request. The maximum number of tenderers to be selected for the negotiation procedure is limited as defined below in the Participation request.

A conference call shall be sent to the selected tenderers, as well as the updated preliminary procurement programme and its annexes, as well as the draft contract. Following negotiations with tenderers, the Contracting entity will request the final bids and select the executor of the acquisition in accordance with the criteria specified in the Participation Request and Final Call for Offer.
