The tender concerns tenders for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all municipal road lighting systems in the municipality. The task includes emergency preparedness, rectification of defects, preventive maintenance and carrying out inspections. In addition to road lighting systems, the contract also covers "external systems" on signalling systems and Toronto systems in the municipality. The contract basically includes: Operation and maintenance:• Establish and maintain a 24-hour shift system with emergency preparedness for receiving error messages and emergency repairs.• Receive and assess error messages from the municipality's Operational WEB error reporting data base. • Daily operation and maintenance of road lighting systems.• Daily operation and maintenance of external systems on signalling systems.• Daily operation and maintenance of toronto systems.• Correct errors and deficiencies, including vandalism and collisions.• Create crooked masts • Carry out inspections on all existing systems.• Make necessary repairs, including luminaire and mast replacements on existing systems.• Contribute to preventive maintenance.• Updating of the municipality's data on GIS map (MAP info) including checking and updating associated database.
