Harlow College are seeking Project Management services in relation to the design, planning and construction phases of a new Technical and Professional Centre of Excellence proposed to be constructed at Stansted Airport. Funding for the project is currently being sought via the South East Local Enterprise Partnership and Essex County Council, with the support of a land gift also coming from Stansted Airport Ltd. The top end project budget to realise the centre will be in the region of 7 500 000 GBP.

Once open the centre will become the preferred provider of skills training and apprenticeships for organisations placed at the airport and surrounding area. The centre will also play a key role in supporting the recruitment of local people into opportunities across the airport.

Areas of curriculum focus will include Engineering, airport occupations, logistics, customer experience, Hospitality and service industries and financial and business services.
