This open tender is a framework agreement with single-source purchase orders (according to articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-4 and R. 2162-13 of the Public Order Code) of a single lot concerning all the trade union's waste shops.

The services relate to:

— the rental of the tippers and the rotations thereof,

— the transport of the dump traps to the buyers designated by the Smictom over a period of 39 months.

Provision of dumps or containers, collection and transport of household and similar non-hazardous waste from waste sites:

1) all coming "bulky" or "rejects",

2) wood,

3) brown cartons,

4) plaster and plasterboard,

5) weaving polystyrene,

6) rubble (only collection and transport, the Smictom has its own tippers),

7) Green waste (only collection and transport, the Smictom has its own dumps).
