The scope of works to be carried out includes:

- Reconstruction of the existing high-parameter heating network into a network in pre-insulated tube technology with bold insulation of the so-called PÓŁNOC Magistrals + SOUTH I and the so-called SINGLE II Magistrals with partial changes of heat pipe routes from DN100 to DN700 with a total length of approximately 968mb.

- reconstruction of the district heating connection powering the single-family building at 3 in Tychy Street with a diameter of DN25 with a total length of approximately 26mb.

- the construction of the connection of the rebuilt heating network DN 100 with the connection made to MARPOL S.A. (Tychy, Component Street 2) described in the project X - 17/A with a length of approximately 8mb.

In the framework of the reconstruction of the heating network, in particular:

(a) preparatory work marking the commencement of construction, i.e. surveying the route of the district heating network and the development of the construction site,

(b) the order and supply of preinsulated heating fittings and pipes and other materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the object of the contract,

(c) use electrically welded muffs - radiation-linked heat shrinkable muffs for outer coat diameters less than or equal to Dz160 is permitted.

(d) installation of a pre-insulated heating network including an alarm installation in accordance with the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and reception of construction works from fittings and pre-insulated pipes with bold insulation,

(e) along the network with heating preinsulated pipes (scope according to the design) lay a 2xRHDPE DN40/3,7 secondary for data transfer cables according to Annex No 6 “Guidelines for the construction of secondary sewer networks in the construction of heating networks” and perform a detailed installation scheme non-construction with surveying measurement,

(f) the examination of all (100% quantities) welded couplings by visual and radiographic method (in the absence of the possibility of radiographic method, penetration or magnetic-powder tests shall be carried out with the approval of the supervision inspector),

(g) strict post-construction documentation of the alarm installation, i.e. mounting schemes, reflectometric charts, resistance measurements,

(h) strict post-construction surveying documentation of the heating network i.e. the positions of all welds, the elevations of the terrain, the elevations of the top of the heating pipes and their wheelbase, field sketches with appropriate marks allowing them to be easily combined, the surveying documentation must be carried out on a regular basis, progress of assembly works of the district heating network. Specify the nominal diameter of the wire pipe and the outer diameter using the designation e.g. 2c600/800 for single pipes, c40+40/180 for double pipes and 2t40 symbol for secondary sewer system. Two continuous lines shall be denoted by the axes of single pipes; before submitting the pre-built surveying documentation to the surveying resources, it is necessary to obtain its acceptance by the Ordering Party, the disassembled district networks must be removed from the map in the surveying resources and excluded from service denote as closed; also information about the accomplished task should be provided to the geodesy department in order to incorporate/update the data in the geodetic register of the so-called ZUD. The Contractor shall be obliged within 6 months of final acceptance to forward a map to the Contracting Authority with a clause on positive verification and acceptance to the geodetic resources of the executed network.

(i) perform the design of the traffic organisation, if necessary, and the setting of road signs, information boards according to this project,

(j) securing the technical infrastructure at the point of junctions or approximations to the heating pipes in accordance with the requirements of the owners/managers of that infrastructure,

k) durable marking of fittings, red color supply, blue return,

(l) where collisions of the built district heating network with water, sewer, gas, electricity, telecommunications, underground, above-ground, or other construction facilities placed underground, are revealed during the execution of the subject of the contract. then the Contractor undertakes in cooperation

with the Ordering Party to determine the manner and time of their liquidation. Disclosed collisions shall be required to remove the Contractor,

(m) dismantling works carried out in accordance with the design documentation,

n) The Contracting Authority authorises the use of welded pre-insulated tees only

with an outstretched neck or forged.
