The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for SPZZOZ buildings in Wyszków.
The subject of the contract is: 1) for a consumption point with a microinstallation and Prosumer status - a comprehensive supply of electricity from the power grid to the Ordering Party's facilities, carried out on the basis of a sales contract referred to in Article 5 paragraph 2 of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and the provision of electricity distribution services. The contractor will supply energy in accordance with applicable quality standards to SPZZOZ in Wyszków, KEN 1 Street. It will be a comprehensive service consisting in the provision of electricity supply services through its sale and the provision of the service of sending and distributing electricity to hospital facilities. For this measuring system, SPZZOZ in Wyszków has a photovoltaic microinstallation with a capacity of 40.8 kW and the status of a Prosumer. 2) for consumption points without micro-installations - comprehensive supply of electricity from the power grid to the Ordering Party's facilities carried out on the basis of a sales contract referred to in Article 5 paragraph 2 of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and provision of electricity distribution services. The Contractor will supply energy in accordance with applicable quality standards to SPZZOZ in Wyszków, 1 KEN Street, 63 Gen. Józefa Sowińskiego Street, 9A 1-go Maja Street. It will be a comprehensive service consisting in the provision of electricity supply services through its sale and the provision of the service of sending and distributing electricity to hospital facilities. As at the date of initiation of proceedings, these principles are regulated in Articles 4 and 5 of the RES Act. The Contractor will settle the amount of electricity introduced into the DSO network in relation to the amount of electricity taken from this network for its consumption for own needs by the Prosumer generating electricity in a micro-installation with a total installed electrical capacity of 40.8 kW. The Contracting Authority is obliged to inform the Contractor about changes affecting the method of conducting settlements, in particular about the loss of the Prosumer status, changes in the total installed electrical capacity of the micro-installation, the type of energy source in the micro-installation, permanent disconnection of the micro-installation from the DSO network, within 14 days from the date of the change. 3.
