As part of the six-lane expansion of the highway 45, the TB Saßmicke is renewed with a total length of 680 m (replacement new construction).

The new building is planned with 2 separate superstructures. The planning of 2 LSW on the bridge are also part of the order.

The design of the replacement new building should take into account the 6-lane extension of the line currently being planned and the rebuilding of the Olpe-Süd interchange.
