Supply of electron beam microprobe with thermal field emission cathode

As a replacement for an existing but outdated system, the purchase of a field emission electron beam microprobe with thermal field emission cathode is planned. The microprobe should have an EDS and a WDS system with 5 spectrometers. In particular, spatially resolved, quantitative, chemical analyzes of solids with a z. T. very wide element spectrum and small volume. The system therefore requires detectors for SE, BSE and topographical image processing as well as an optical microscope with incident light, including all the necessary software, in order to examine the sample condition.
