The Nordland Hospital currently has a construction development project in process. Phase 2 is now about to be concluded. This contract includes constructional works related to the contract ‘framework’ for Phase 3; Reconstruction and renovation of the existing high-rise block.

The Contract K232 — Framework comprises roughly the following works:

It includes i.a. structural works in connection with the addition, wings A and B, as well as a new helicopter platform on the roof.

Foundation, concrete, masonry and steel works, as well as prefabricated perforated cover plates.

The contract also includes works in relation to reinforcing the existing structures with carbon fibre.

All roofing works including cornices are also included in the contract.

The contract involves the principal rig contractor function for the main facility and the contractor shall be the main company.
