The property is located in the east of the city of Weil am Rhein, south of the Vitra site.

On a partially 2-storey underground car park are 4 buildings, with the houses 3 and 4 are subject of this call for tenders from the ground floor. Basement floors as well

Houses 1 and 2 are currently under construction.
