The subject of the Order is the performance of the service entitled "repair of Metropolis 98B metro vehicle couplings" under the conditions specified in the Technical Specification (hereinafter: ST), constituting a description of the Subject of the Order and being an integral part of this SWZ (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ), and in the Model Agreement (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ).

The subject of the Order includes the execution of repairs, semi-automatic couplings 180719-REP in the amount of 20 pcs., and fixed (short) couplings 181350-REP in the amount of 100 pcs., in the scope consistent with the inspection and repair cycle provided for level P4.3, specified in the maintenance system documentation (DSU).

The Contracting Authority requires employment, on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465), by the Contractor or Subcontractor, of all persons performing. activities related to the assembly and disassembly of subassemblies and parts in couplings to be repaired. The rules for verification of this condition by the Ordering Party and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are specified in the Model Agreement.

The subject of the Order will be implemented in accordance with the documentation of the proceedings, i.e.: this SWZ and its annexes, in particular ST together with attachments and the Model Agreement.
