The procurement package concerns construction, HVAC and electrical contracts. The form of procurement is a shared contract in which the building contractor acts as the main contractor and the main contractor referred to in legislation. HVAC and electrical contracts are carried out as subordinate side contracts to the main contractor in accordance with the RT-80271 subordination agreement.
