This framework agreement provides for the maintenance and interventions of all HVAC and sanitary facilities present in Providentia's rental property.

The property includes 3317 properties, including both apartments and single-family homes, spread across 21 municipalities in the Flemish Brabant region.

The initial assignment was split into 2 plots. This assignment relates only to plot 2 (see below).

During the contract, additional properties can be added to the contract or removed from the contract (if applicable without any right to compensation under the contractor). Additional buildings may be located in municipalities other than those provided for in this specifications.
