Provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste generated in the Rudnik Commune

2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste arising on the territory of inhabited and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated in the Rudnik Municipality, in a way that allows achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rudnik Commune and the rules set out in the Resolution of the Commune Council on determining the detailed manner of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management. 2) Equipment (i.e. purchase and distribution) of inhabited real estate and real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated in the Rudnik Commune in bags for collecting waste marked in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rudnik Commune and the rules set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906). 3) Collection and management of all municipal waste transferred to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter abbreviated as "PSZOK") in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rudnik Municipality. Individual fractions of waste subject to collection from PSZOK are described in letter D point 1) of the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4) Providing within the framework of the contract, the possibility of leasing and / or purchase by residents containers for the collection of municipal waste. 3. The description of the services being the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to SWZ.4. The projected total amount of municipal waste to be collected, transported and managed during the contract period is about 2000 Mg broken down into: a) PSZOK – in the amount of about 350.00Mg, b) from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties – in the amount of about 1650.00Mg.Other requirements are specified in the contract template - Annex 8 to SWZ.
