The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Municipality of Ujazd for 2023. The list of energy consumption points and detailed energy demand is attached as Annex 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 for the needs of street lighting and for the Ordering Party's facilities (Annex 1 to SWZ) is: 1 441 908.00 kWh. The Ordering Party provides for a minimum purchase of at least 75% of the estimated amount of electricity. The Ordering Party declares that the forecast of energy consumption indicated above and in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ is only an approximate value. The actual energy consumption measured in kWh may be lower than the energy consumption forecast indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ and will depend only on the actual needs of individual End Users.
