The purpose of this concurrence is the contracting by the Catalan Corporation of Audiovisual Media, S.A. (hereinafter CCMA, S.A.) of the comprehensive production service for the correspondent of Berlin.

The purpose of this competition is the recruitment by the Catalan Corporation of Mitjans Audiovisuals, S.A. (hereinafter CCMA, S.A.) of the comprehensive production service for the correspondent of Berlin, Germany, from which service will be provided throughout Germany and nearby European countries.

This Technical Specification Sheet specifies the basic characteristics that must govern the service, without prejudice to the peculiarities or specifications that may be specified in some contracts.

1.1. Key features of the service:

— comprehensive filming and editing service with transport, own communication with mobile phone with Internet and technical equipment for recording, editing, archiving and sending news, images and audios, as well as any system of live online (videoconferencing or similar),

— an exclusive office for the correspondent in the city of Berlin prepared for the normal conduct of the journalistic work of the CCMA television and radio correspondent, S.A. Availability of portable equipment for viewing, own edition and video conferencing services over the Internet,

— Internet connectivity with the ability to send and receive images, audios and live signals,

— broadcast service of personalized live shows and play outs from the Berlin office and streaming services via 4G or 5G all-inclusive backpacks,

— production service for the necessary arrangements for the production of news, images and audios, translation, contacts and management is provided by the CCMA branch, S.A.,

— ability to provide services in Germany and nearby countries, both for shooting, production and connectivity,

- Ability to offer extra services excluded in the fixed price, but necessary for the production of news or other services for the CCMA, SA media
