19TIC05 - implementation of Li-Fi solutions on the territory of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis

The procedure is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the public order. The framework agreement without minimum or maximum has passed in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the order code public. Toulon Provence Méditerranée Métropole wants to set up a Li-Fi infrastructure on its territory. This market must meet the following objectives:

- the deployment of infrastructure allowing geolocation or contextualization by visible light,

- the deployment of public Li-Fi infrastructures accessible on the territory of the MTPM,

- the deployment of corporate Li-Fi infrastructures accessible on the territory of the MTPM.
