The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of chemical products divided into 11 lots. The type, quantity and quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment include:

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of chemical products, in part 1 – Technical materials (lubricating oils and lubricants) to secure F-16 flight training.

The type and quantity, as well as quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment are included for part 1 – the Price Form constituting Annex 3a to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5a to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party requires filling in the column: "Offered product / product name" in the Price Form, in order to identify the offered product in terms of compliance with the requested. The Contractor is obliged to fill in this column in order to make an indisputable identification of the offered assortment, enabling the Contracting Authority to familiarize itself with its technical parameters. Failure to complete any of the items in the lot for which the tender is submitted will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract.

The Contractor may attach safety data sheets in Polish.

If the delivered goods (in part or in whole) do not correspond to the description specified in the procurement documents – the Ordering Party will refuse to accept the goods, and the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the goods in accordance with the subject of the contract within the term of the contract at its own expense.

Deadline for the contract for lot 1: 90 calendar days from the signing of the contract, no later than 10.12.2023.

The subject of the order must be new, delivered in original packaging.

Together with the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide information on its shelf life, if it does not result from the documents or packaging provided.

The type and quantity, as well as quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment are included for part 10 – the Price Form constituting Annex 3e to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party allows offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS precisely indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ. The burden of proving equivalence lies with the Contractor. In the case of offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered manufacturer, symbol (NSN / PN)" in the Price Form constituting Annex 3e to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered manufacturer symbol (NSN / PN)" in order to enable comparison of the parameters of the offered products with those requested by the Contracting Entity. Failure to indicate NSN and P/N (if any) or the name of the manufacturer and catalog symbol of the offered materials will result in rejection of the offer in accordance with Article 226 paragraph 1 point 5 of the PPL.

The Purchaser shall provide for a maximum of one delivery of products for Lot 10.

The manufacturer's warranty will apply to the chemical products in Part 10. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with guarantee documents of the delivered goods, if such were granted by the manufacturer. For goods for which the manufacturer does not specify the warranty period, the responsibility for the quality of the delivered goods shall be assumed by the Contractor for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.

The subject of the order should be delivered in the original, unit packaging of the manufacturer.

The object of the contract in Part 10 must have a shelf life of not less than 70 % of the full use-life indicated by the manufacturer. Together with the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide information on its shelf life, if it does not result from the documents or packaging provided.

When delivering the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to attach SDS/MSDS (Safety Data Sheet / Material Safety Data Sheet) in Polish. Failure to provide safety data sheets will result in refusal to accept the goods.

If the delivered goods (in part or in whole) do not correspond to the description specified in the SWZ (Price form to the SWZ) – the Ordering Party will refuse to accept the goods, and the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the goods in accordance with the subject of the contract within the term of the contract at its own expense.

The type and quantity, as well as quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment are included for part 11 – the Price Form constituting Annex 3e to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party allows offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS precisely indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ. The burden of proving equivalence lies with the Contractor. In the case of offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered manufacturer, symbol (NSN / PN)" in the Price Form constituting Annex 3e to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered manufacturer symbol (NSN / PN)" in order to enable comparison of the parameters of the offered products with those requested by the Contracting Entity. Failure to indicate NSN and P/N (if any) or the name of the manufacturer and catalog symbol of the offered materials will result in rejection of the offer in accordance with Article 226 paragraph 1 point 5 of the PPL.

The Purchaser shall provide for a maximum of one delivery of products for lot 11.

Part 11 chemical products will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with guarantee documents of the delivered goods, if such were granted by the manufacturer. For goods for which the manufacturer does not specify the warranty period, the responsibility for the quality of the delivered goods shall be assumed by the Contractor for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.

The subject of the order should be delivered in the original, unit packaging of the manufacturer.

The subject of the order in Part 11 must have a shelf life

The type and quantity, as well as quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment are included for part 2 in the Price Form constituting Annex 3b to the SWZ. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders, provided that the tender must cover the entire subject of the contract within the selected lot;

The subject of the contract is the purchase of new chemical products in quantities, packaging and type specified in the price form;

The subject of the order should be delivered in the original, unit packaging of the manufacturer.

The material supplied by the Contractor must be brand new.

The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with high quality materials in accordance with the parameters specified by the manufacturer.

If the delivered goods (in part or in whole) do not correspond to the description specified in the Price Form constituting Annex 3b to the SWZ – the Ordering Party will refuse to accept the goods, and the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the goods in accordance with the subject of the contract within 14 days from the date of refusal to accept, but not later than by the end of the contract, at its own expense.

Materials being the subject of the order as well as equivalent materials covered by the expiry date for use must have it in the amount of at least 3/4 of the nominal term counting from the date of delivery.

In cases not covered by the guarantee, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

At each request of the Contracting Entity, the Contractor is obliged to present - in relation to the indicated products, depending on their type - a certificate of compliance with the Polish Standard or European standards.

The Contracting Authority allows the offering of EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS in accordance with Article 99 of the PPL. The burden of proving equivalence rests with the Contractor. In the case of offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered equivalent product /manufacturer, name, symbol/" in the Price Form constituting Annex 3b to the SWZ or attach a technological sheet/technical description, in order to enable indisputable identification of the assortment and comparison of the parameters of the offered equivalent products with those requested by the Ordering Party. Failure to fill in the column "Offered equivalent product / manufacturer, name, symbol / "means offering the assortment indicated by the Ordering Party.

Delivery of the subject of the order in part 2 will be a one-off activity with a delivery date of up to 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract /one delivery/. The Contractor is obliged to deliver and unload the materials at its own expense and responsibility to the Ordering Party's warehouses located in: Military Unit No. 1158, 98-100 Łask, 9-go Maja 95 – assortment of part 2.

The Ordering Party shall place orders for the delivery of materials by phone, e-mail or fax. Deliveries of goods will take place up to a maximum of 10 business days from the date of placing the order. Quantitative and qualitative collection of products being the subject of the order / contract shall be made by the Ordering Party at the places of its delivery. The products will be collected by the Ordering Party in the presence of an authorized representative of the Contractor. The products are to be presented by the Contractor for collection in a manner that allows them to be assessed in conformity with the contract. Packages with the preparation must not be damaged, they should have a label containing, among others: the name of the manufacturer, the date of manufacture with the expiry date and the EAN code (number).

In the case of delivery of chemical materials in part 2, the Ordering Party requires the delivery of SDS/MSDS (Safety Data Sheet / Material Safety Data Sheet) or another equivalent document in Polish, containing information in particular on the method of transport, storage and use of the product. In the documents (invoice, GIN, other) delivered with the goods, next to individual items, there must be a reference to the appropriate item from the price form.

The type and quantity, as well as quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment are included for part 3 – Price Form constituting Annex 3b to the SWZ.

The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders, provided that the tender must cover the entire subject of the contract within the selected lot;

The subject of the contract is the purchase of new chemical products in quantities, packaging and type specified in the price form;

The subject of the order should be delivered in the original, unit packaging of the manufacturer.

The material supplied by the Contractor must be brand new.

with a delivery time of up to 15 calendar days from the date of signing the contract /one delivery/. The Contractor is obliged to deliver and unload the materials at its own expense

and liability to the Ordering Party's warehouses located in: JW No. 1158, 98-113 Buczek, Gucin 58A – assortment of parts 4 items 1-3 and items 5-7 and JW No. 1551, 98-200 Sieradz, Wojska Polskiego 78 – assortment of parts 4 item 4.

The Ordering Party will place orders for the delivery of materials by phone, e-mail

or by fax. Deliveries of goods will take place up to a maximum of 10 business days

from the date of placing the order. Quantitative and qualitative collection of products being the subject of the order / contract shall be made by the Ordering Party at the places of its delivery. The products will be collected by the Ordering Party in the presence of an authorized representative of the Contractor. The products are to be presented by the Contractor for collection in a manner that allows them to be assessed in conformity with the contract. Materials being the subject of the order from part 5 items 4 - 7, as well as equivalent materials must have the Certificate of the Air Force Institute of Technology and / or IBDiM Technical Approval allowing their use on airport surfaces and delivered upon delivery of the product.

Delivery of the subject of the order in part 5 will be a one-time activity

with a delivery time of up to 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract /one delivery/.

The Contractor is obliged to deliver and unload the materials at its own expense

and liability to the Ordering Party's warehouses located in the following areas: JW No. 1158, 98-113 Buczek, Gucin 58A – assortment of parts 5. The Ordering Party shall place orders for the delivery of materials by phone, e-mail or fax. Deliveries of goods will take place up to a maximum of 10 business days from the date of placing the order.

Quantitative and qualitative collection of products being the subject of the order / contract shall be made by the Ordering Party at the places of its delivery. The products will be collected by the Ordering Party in the presence of an authorized representative of the Contractor. The products are to be presented by the Contractor for collection in a manner that allows them to be assessed in conformity with the contract. Packages with the preparation must not be damaged, they should have a label containing, among others: the name of the manufacturer, the date of manufacture with the expiry date and the EAN code (number).

In the case of delivery of chemical materials in part 5, the Ordering Party requires the delivery of SDS/MSDS (Safety Data Sheet / Material Safety Data Sheet) or other equivalent document in Polish, containing information in particular on the method of transport, storage and use of the product.

The type and quantity, as well as quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment are included for part 6 – the Price Form constituting Annex 3c to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5b to the SWZ.

36. If the delivered goods (in part or in whole) do not correspond to the description specified in the procurement documents – the Ordering Party shall refuse to accept the goods, and the Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the goods in conformity

with the subject of the contract during the term of the contract at its expense.

37. Deadline for lot 6: 30 calendar days from the signing of the contract.

38. The subject of the order must be new, delivered in original packaging.

39. Together with the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide information on its shelf life, if it does not result from the documents or packaging provided.

The type and quantity, as well as quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment are included for part 7 – the Price Form constituting Annex 3d to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5c to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority allows the offering of EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS in accordance with Article 99 of the PPL. The burden of proving equivalence rests with the Contractor. If EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS are offered, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Equivalence (Product name, manufacturer)"

in the Price Form constituting Annex 3d to the SWZ. If the product is not entered in the "Equivalence" column in items 1 to 4, the offered product will be understood as original. In the case of other items, it is advisable for the Contractor to complete the product information.

If the delivered goods (in part or in whole) do not correspond to the description specified in the procurement documents – the Ordering Party will refuse to accept the goods, and the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the goods in accordance with the subject of the contract within the term of the contract at its own expense.

Delivery time for lot 7: 30 calendar days from the signing of the contract.

The subject of the order must be new, delivered in original packaging.

Together with the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide information on its shelf life, if it does not result from the documents or packaging provided.

The Ordering Party allows offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS precisely indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ. The burden of proving equivalence lies with the Contractor. In the case of offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered manufacturer, symbol (NSN / PN)" in the Price Form constituting Annex 3e to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered manufacturer symbol (NSN / PN)" in order to enable comparison of the parameters of the offered products with those requested by the Contracting Entity. Failure to indicate NSN and P/N (if any) or the name of the manufacturer and catalog symbol of the offered materials will result in rejection of the offer in accordance with Article 226 paragraph 1 point 5 of the PPL.

Delivery time for lot 8: 60 calendar days from the signing of the contract.

The type and quantity, as well as quality requirements relating to at least the main elements of the ordered assortment are included for part 9 – the Price Form constituting Annex 3e to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party allows offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS precisely indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 5d to the SWZ. The burden of proving equivalence lies with the Contractor. In the case of offering EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered manufacturer, symbol (NSN / PN)" in the Price Form constituting Annex 3e to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to fill in the column "Offered manufacturer symbol (NSN / PN)" in order to enable comparison of the parameters of the offered products with those requested by the Contracting Entity. Failure to indicate NSN and P/N (if any) or the name of the manufacturer and catalog symbol of the offered materials will result in rejection of the offer in accordance with Article 226 paragraph 1 point 5 of the PPL.

The customer shall provide for a maximum of one delivery of products for lot 9.

The manufacturer's warranty will apply to the chemical products in Part 9. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with guarantee documents of the delivered goods, if such were granted by the manufacturer. For goods for which the manufacturer does not specify the warranty period, the responsibility for the quality of the delivered goods shall be assumed by the Contractor for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.

The subject of the order should be delivered in the original, unit packaging of the manufacturer.

The subject of the contract in Part 9 must have a shelf life of not less than 70 % of the full use-by time indicated by the manufacturer. Together with the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide information on its shelf life, if it does not result from the documents or packaging provided.

When delivering the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to attach SDS/MSDS (Safety Data Sheet / Material Safety Data Sheet) in Polish. Failure to provide safety data sheets will result in refusal to accept the goods.

If the delivered goods (in part or in whole) do not correspond to the description specified in the SWZ (Price form to the SWZ) – the Ordering Party will refuse to accept the goods, and the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the goods in accordance with the subject of the contract within the term of the contract at its own expense.

Delivery time for lot 9: 60 calendar days from the signing of the contract.
