The city of Schortens intends to rehabilitate the community center in Schortens in functional, structural and energy as well as to expand and rebuild the building.

Project costs (KG 300 - 500, 700) are currently estimated at around EUR 4.3 million gross, of which around EUR 930,000 gross is attributable to cost group 400.

— Technical equipment Lph 1-3, optionally Lph 4-9 according to § 55 HOAI in addition to Appendix 15, Section 15.1 for the following investment groups:

1. sewage, water and gas plants,

2. heat supply systems,

3. ventilation systems,

4. high-voltage systems,

5. Telecommunications or information technology systems,

6. conveyor systems,

7. Usage-specific systems and

8. Building automation.
