The scope and purpose of the procurement
Oslo municipality, the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites to an open tender contest for the renovation of wet rooms and electrical installations in Sofienberggata 7.
The contract includes the complete renovation of 164 bathrooms and involves new wet rooms, and kitchens in accordance with quantitative restrictions/controls, new balanced ventilation, as well as complete renovation of the electrical system, with a main switchboard/ sub-distributers and risers.

A tender conference/site inspection
A site inspection will be held for this competition.
The site inspection will be held Wednesday 15.3.2017 (12:00). Address: Sofienberggata 7, Oslo.
Tenderers wishing to participate in the site inspection shall register for participation by using the questionnaire module in KGV (Tender Implementation System) by 14.3.2017 (14:00).
Travel expenses etc. in connection with the site inspection are to be covered by the individual contractor.
