1The subject of the contract is the supply of food products to 35 WOG, i.e. red meat, red meat sausages, poultry meat, poultry meat sausages intended for current nutrition of soldiers implemented on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense candidate of 4.12.2014 on free food for professional soldiers and soldiers performing duty (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1604, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 24.03.2011 on the nutrition of active military service soldiers (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1134, as amended) and other legal acts.

2. The Ordering Party divided the object of the order into four parts:

The subject of the order for Part 1 is the supply of red meat intended for feeding in the canteens of the 35th WOG.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract for part No. 1 is indicated in Annex 7 to the SWZ.

The subject of the order for Part 2 is the delivery of red meat cured meats intended for feeding in the canteens of the 35th WOG.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract for lot no. 2 is indicated in Annex 7

To SWZ.

The subject of the order for Part 3 is the supply of poultrymeat intended for feeding in the canteens of the 35th WOG.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract for lot no. 3 is indicated in Annex 7

To SWZ.

The subject of the contract for part No. 4 is the supply of sausages from poultry meat intended for feeding in canteens of the responsibility area of the 35th WOG.
