For the town hall of the municipality of Nordkirchen, which was last rebuilt 35 years ago and is located in a central location in the town centre, there is a considerable need for renovation and modernisation as well as a need for further office space. After initially favouring the outsourcing of individual offices to a rented building, the possibility of floor plan changes and the expansion of the previously unused attic of the town hall was examined as part of a feasibility study. On this basis, the offices commissioned with the implementation of a corresponding solution have provided the structural design services up to and including the performance phase 3, as well as in the performance profile building physics, among other things, the basic services up to the performance phase 3 of the application area thermal insulation and energy balancing. A conversion of the building is planned with the aim of a technical revision, a high energy standard, new room functions, further office installations in the attic and the creation of a modern appearance of this service center with contemporary working conditions for the employees. This planning status has been decided by the council of the municipality of Nordkirchen as the basis for all further detailed planning. The provision of further structural design services for work phases 4 to 6, as well as the basic services for the application areas of room acoustics (work phases 1 to 7) and thermal insulation / energy balancing (work phases 4 to 7) in the performance profile of construction physics is therefore the subject of this tender.

The subject matter of the contract are services of the specialist planning structural design for the work phases 4 to 6.

Lot 2 comprises the services for building physics for the application areas room acoustics (work phases 1-7) as well as thermal insulation and energy balancing (work phases 4-7).
