Service for handling of the Transhipment Station in the municipality of Olsztyn, for biodegradable waste with codes 20 02 01 and 20 01 08, through the acceptance of and their management

The subject of the contract is a service to operate the Transhipment Station (hereinafter referred to as SP) in the Gmina Olsztyn for biodegradable waste with codes 20 02 01 and 20 01 08, by accepting the waste and development thereof in a manner ensuring the transition of management responsibility waste on the next waste holder.

1. The subject of the contract is the service of conducting the Transhipment Station (hereinafter: SP) in the Municipality of Olsztyn for biodegradable waste with codes 20 02 01 and 20 01 08, through the acceptance and management of the waste in a way that ensures the passage of management responsibility waste on the next waste holder.

2. Biodegradable waste (20 02 01) – municipal waste collected in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Climate and Environment, i.e. m.in the so-called green waste and food residues from households and housing estates collected by residents or security services in bulk or in bags – in accordance with local regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Company's home municipalities, assuming that waste of kitchen origin will not constitute more than 10% accepted waste.

3. Biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08) is post-consumer kitchen waste – with the exception of bones, meat and other animal residues, with a possible admixture of so-called green waste – from households and housing estates, collected by residents in bulk or in bags, in accordance with local regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, assuming that waste of kitchen origin will constitute more than 10% of the accepted waste.

4. In addition, bio-waste will be delivered in a bagged or bagless system. The contractor will arrange separate places for the reception of waste in bags and without bags.

5. After signing the contract, the Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with a list of municipalities from which bio-waste will come, and a list of companies collecting this waste.

6. After accepting the waste, the Contractor shall transfer it to an installation with a permit for its processing.

7. Bio-waste will undergo aerobic or anaerobic treatment resulting in compost, digestate or other non-waste material or substance. The resulting compost, digestate or other material will be used as a product, material or substance and placed on the market as a fertilizer or soil improver on the basis of a permit from the minister competent for agriculture (certificate).

8. Under the basic contract, the Contractor will be obliged to operate the Reloading Station for biodegradable waste with codes 20 02 01 and 20 01 08 for a period of 12 months, under the option the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of extending the operation of the Reloading Station by an additional 3 months.

9. The amount of waste covered by the order is up to 14,700 Mg, including the basic order 6,100 Mg, option up to 8,600 Mg
