The order includes comprehensive cleaning:1) maintaining cleanliness and order in the common parts of buildings (including staircases, corridors, cellars, drying rooms, attics, bicycle rooms);2) maintaining cleanliness and order of external areas (paved and green areas, including pavements, internal roads, lawns, flower beds, flower beds, playgrounds, places under garbage bins, small architecture equipment) including care (pruning, weeding, watering) greenery and snow removal in winter and exposing trash bins in indicated properties;3) mowing lawns along with the disposal and utilization of the resulting waste (in accordance with applicable law); 4) ad hoc cleaning of the property, including the care of greenery or additional mowing of grass. 5) snow removal and removal of icicles from the canopies above the entrance to buildings.
