TenneT wishes to contract a call centre that takes care of inbound e-mails and telephone calls for TenneT by answering them in terms of content (in English or Dutch) or by referring them to the right people within the TenneT organisation. In the new situation, TenneT expects a partnership in which a proactive attitude is taken to reduce inbound e-mails, telephone calls and referrals.
This tender is accessible on Monday afternoon 17 July 2023. Candidates must apply. There will be a selection phase with core competencies and selection criteria until 21 August 2023. After that, the first tender phase for seven(7) tenderers will start until 1 November 2023 with award criteria. The contract will be awarded in December 2023. At each stage there is the possibility to ask questions.
