Devon and Somerset Fire Authority, Dorset Fire Authority, Hampshire Fire Authority and Wiltshire and Swindon Fire Authority have joined together to form the Networked Fire Control Services Partnership ("NFCSP").

The NFCSP is seeking to implement an integrated communication control system (ICCS) and command and control mobilising system for the fire and rescue authorities within the NFCSP through a shared solution and have appointed Devon and Somerset Fire Authority to lead in the procurement process.

The aims of the NFCSP are to develop a solution which enhances resilience and utilises the most efficient method of receiving and processing emergency calls and provides incident management and resource deployment covering business as usual, spate conditions or fall-back events for all NFCSP members.
