More than 300 applications (vacancies) were registered for the temporary employment and secondment services in the past year. The positions in which they worked vary from (financial) administrative employee, process support, secretary, project employee, legal employee, consultants, public services employee, communication employee, municipal contact center employee, enforcers, and swimming instructors. The severity of hiring is at MBO level with more than 58% and the least at VMBO level with 5%.
The average placement duration for the entire population is more than 31 weeks with an average hourly duration of 27 hours per week. In most cases, the client makes use of the maximum hiring period that the legislation makes possible. In exceptional cases, a 'peak application' of short duration is submitted. Examples of this are the use of vote counters during the election period.
In the past 2 to 3 years, we have often had to respond ad hoc to the developments that we (logically) did not foresee (in time), such as setting up emergency shelter locations. It is expected that in the coming years the clients may rely more often on the (project-based) ad hoc scaling up of capacity.
