1. The subject of the contract is the printing and distribution of examination materials in the field of general education in 2024, i.e. eighth-grader exam, maturity exam, central entrance exam, external examinations. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that activities related to access to the content of examination materials are performed, i.e. before securing them against unauthorized disclosure only by persons employed by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code, in accordance with the provisions of the model contract, which constitutes Annex 5 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor undertakes, within 14 days from the date of signing the Agreement, to provide proof of the conclusion of the third party liability policy together with the premium paid. The Contractor is obliged to conclude at its own expense and maintain civil liability insurance during the period of performance of the public procurement contract. The third party liability policy must meet at least the conditions set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ. 5. The contract is divided into two lots, within the scope specified in the SWZ The Contractor may submit a bid for one lot or for two lots. The contracting authority does not provide for the submission of variant bids. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of similar contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.

The subject of the contract is the printing and distribution of examination materials in the field of general education in 2024, i.e. the eighth-grader exam, external exams, the scope of which was specified in the tasks: Task 1 Preparation for printing, printing, copying CDs confectioning (stapling, inserting, filing), packing and securing parcels and distribution to schools, OKE and CKE of exam materials for the eighth-grader exam in May and June 2024 Task 2: Pre-printing, printing, copying CDs, confectioning (stapling, inserting, filing), packing and securing parcels and distributing to OKE exam materials for external examinations in October 2024. The forecasted quantities of materials, envelopes, parcels are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ – part 1.
