The contract comprises the following main services:
- Maintenance, inspection and documentation of manually operated systems in general
- Functional testing of hold-open systems (FSA)
- Maintenance, inspection and documentation of hold-open systems
- Testing according to DGUV - Regulation 4
- additional documentation (maintenance of inventory lists)

The order includes the following demand services:
- Preparation of operating / test books
- Hourly rate for repair services
- Fahrtkostenpauschale

The order comprises a total of 1,507 manually operated systems (number of units in units):
937 pieces of swing doors; 1 TF; without FSA
276 pieces of swing doors; 2 TF; without FSA
164 hinged doors; 1 TF; with FSA
128 hinged doors; 2 TF; with FSA
2 pieces of sash windows; 1 wing; without FSA

The services described in the bill of quantities and the work card(s) shall be transferred to the Contractor. Maintenance and repair shall be carried out on time and professionally as well as at least, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all valid and relevant laws, regulations, standards, directives, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology.

In connection with maintenance and testing, the Contractor is obliged to carry out repair work that is essential for restoring the target state, is not already recorded in the work card / bill of quantities and does not increase the time normally expected for maintenance and testing.

In the case of the requirement items specified in the bill of quantities, there is generally only a claim to remuneration: only after a separate order in text form by the Client and a proof of performance submitted together with the invoice and confirmed by the Client. There is no lump-sum entitlement to billing!
