In the course of the energetic modernization of component [BC] of the craft campus of the Hanover Chamber of Crafts in Garbsen, tile work is carried out in component [C] and in the atrium. This work includes both wall and floor tiles, including ancillary work. The work will be carried out in 2 stages.

Execution period

BT C: approx. Week 13/2021, 29.3.2021 to week 26/2021, 30.6.2021

Atrium: approx. Week 28/2021, July 14, 2021 to week 35/2021, August 31, 2021.

The tendered services include preliminary and ancillary work for laying floor and wall tiles, including seals, joints, silicone joints, delivery of corner rails, etc. in the components [C] and atrium.

The work will be carried out with a time delay.

Services in sanitary units, public toilet units, storage and technical rooms, as well as corridors and lounge areas:

- Floor tiles total approx. 725 m 2 ,

- Base tiles total approx. 280 running meters,

- Wall tiles total approx. 990 m 2 , with cutouts for sanitary objects,

- total silicone joints approx. 560 running meters,

- Work on shower trays 34 pieces,

- cleaning floor surfaces,

- Waterproofing wall surfaces.
