The Ministry of Climate and Environment [Klima- og miljødepartementet (KLD)] invites tenderers to submit offers for the delivery of a scenario report with a roadmap to end plastic pollution by 2040.

• The project must deliver a report with a baseline scenario and a high-ambition scenario with near-zero plastic waste and microplastic leaks into the environment by 2040.

• The project must establish and consult an international expert panel with representatives from academia, civil society, industry, public authorities and stakeholders with expertise from the entire plastic life cycle.

• Communication, digital and visual presentation of data and findings should be an integral part of the development and launch of the report.

See annex 1 of the contract for further details. The tenderer is expected to begin the work immediately after signing the contract as specified in the progress plan. The report must be completed and ready for launch in September 2023. We also refer to annex 6 for changes in the general text of the agreement.

The tenderer is expected to begin the work immediately after signing the contract as specified in the progress plan. The report must be completed and ready for launch in September 2023 as specified in Annex 3 to the contract. We also refer to annex 6 for changes to the general agreement text regarding copyright and property rights as well as the right to publish the results of the assignment.

The expected contract value is a maximum of DKK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority. Subject to financing of the project by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
