Preparation of a risk assessment for all buildings owned by the Hochtaunuskreis with the development of catalogues of measures and checklists.

This is to be started immediately after the order has been placed (planned: June 2023). Their provision and completion should, if possible, take place within nine months of the award of the contract.

The Hochtaunuskreis wants to optimize the measures, processes and organizational structures required for the operational safety of buildings and building services (performance of operator obligations towards employees, third parties, the environment, authorities and statutory accident insurance institutions). To this end, the hazards are to be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the nature and scope of the measures to be taken to avert danger are to be defined, conceptually structured and organisationally implemented. The aim is to comply with all public law regulations and, if necessary, to be able to prove this beyond doubt.
