The subject of the contract is the provision of inmate transport services providing work to the Ordering Party by the Contractor's bus, in accordance with the bus timetable constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of inmate transport services providing work to the Ordering Party by the Contractor's bus, in accordance with the bus timetable constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract.

2. The provision of the incarcerated transport service shall be understood as the substitution of a bus in a place determined in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the performance of transport under the conditions provided for in the contract, including in accordance with the bus timetable constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract – according to the following routes:

The course of the transport route: Detention Center in Bydgoszcz External Branch in Strzelewo -WER Lisi Ogon - Detention Center in Bydgoszcz External Branch in Strzelewo

Delivery of prisoners from the External Branch in m. Strzelewo 61 to the Expeditionary and Distribution Department in Lisi Ogon, Pocztowa 12, Białe Błota commune and transport from the Expeditionary and Distribution Department in Lisi Ogon to the External Branch in Lisi Ogon. Strzelewo 61 in accordance with the bus timetable constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract.

3. The estimated number of km during the performance period shall be 20 034 km. The estimated distance of one one-way journey shall be set at 14 km.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding services to the existing Contractor, in the form of a single-source contract pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL Act, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract.

Conditions under which the above contracts will be awarded from the free hand:

1) The scope of the above orders will consist in the repetition of services from the basic order and will include an estimated quantity of:

- kilometres with the right of option (100 %) – 21 966,

- kilometres (80 %) – 17 573,

- kilometres covered by the right of option (20 %) – 4 393.

2) The draft contract will be forwarded to the Contractor together with an invitation to negotiate;

(3) Contractual penalties shall be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic contract;

4) The obligations of the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be regulated on terms analogous to the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic order;

5) Order period: up to 12 months.
