This tender, to be accepted in accordance with the provisions of art. 183, paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, concerns the assignment of concessions, through project financing, of the executive design activities (with the acquisition of the final project at the time of the offer), of construction and management of the redevelopment of the "Porto Vecchio" area located in the Municipality of Sanremo. The design and construction of the works will take place, for the applicable part, in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory and the Sea of 11 October 2017 (published in the Official Gazette General Series no. 259 of 6 November 2017), containing "Minimum environmental criteria for the award of design services and works for the new construction, renovation and maintenance of public buildings".

PRESUMED TOTAL VALUE OF THE CONCESSION for the entire period of validity of the same: € 636,885,000.00 (€ six hundred and thirty-six million eight hundred and eighty-five thousand / 00) plus VAT.

ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE INTERVENTION: € 56,916,089.02 (fifty-six million euro nine hundred and sixteen thousand eighty-nine/ two), plus VAT.
