The service procurement concerns the internal machine work of the Rusko waste management centre (Ruskonniityntie 10, 90620 Oulu).
The service involves occasional loading, receiving and dumping of waste and land within the waste centre to those indicated by the customer.
Positions. The contractor delivers the equipment needed to carry out the work, including its personnel. Equipment needed: tracked backhoe

The machinery offered must be in 2018 or later and the operating hours must not exceed 15000 at the time of concluding the contract.
The backhoe offered must be equipped with a bucket spinner, grapple bucket and bucket tilter. There is also a cable bucket, a nail bucket and

Machine operators must have at least 3 years of work experience in the field.
The service also includes other possible excavation work indicated by the client.
The contract period with the selected service provider is three (3) years, in addition to which the purchase includes the possibility of a contract
to extend for two (2) years (option).
Fuel tanks brought into the waste centre area must be 2-jacketed and accompanied by a possible oil spill
a sufficient amount of absorbent for initial control.
The invitation to tender does not apply to possible contract sites at Rusko Waste Centre, the excavation and transfer of land and waste for which
tenders will be organised separately.
Working time
The procurement uses a response time procedure in which the contractor is obliged to carry out the work ordered by the client, to be agreed upon separately

The number of working hours presented in this invitation to tender is an estimate, and the contract does not constitute an obligation for the client to purchase a quantity.
If the service provider is unable to carry out machine work according to the order at the agreed time due to a breakdown or other reason
therefore, the service provider must arrange a substitute for itself in such a way that the client does not incur any additional costs as a result of the arrangement. If the jobs

Despite the requests, a contractual penalty of EUR 3,000 will be charged from the service provider. In addition to the contractual sanction, the service provider pays

The service provider's staff can use the toilets and social facilities located at the Rusko waste centre. The service provider can bring:
