The amounts of fuel specified by the Ordering Party constitute an estimated quantity and may not constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims against the Ordering Party for failure to perform the maximum value of the contract or purchase a smaller amount of fuel during its term. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller amount of fuel, not less than 70% (- 30%) of the planned quantity, without the Possibility of the Contractor making claims in this respect. Quality requirements apply to diesel fuel, specified in detail in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 09.10.2015. on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015.1680 of 23.10.2015) and in PN-EN 590+A1: 2017-06 or equivalent "Fuels for motor vehicles – Diesel fuels – Test requirements and methods". The Ordering Party requires that a container service station with a capacity of 5000 liters equipped with an electronic fuel consumption and delivery system in accordance with the required parameters be made available for the duration of the contract for the duration of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). The Contractor is obliged to deliver diesel fuel within 8 hours of placing the order by the Ordering Party (delivery and the deadline counted from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00). i) Acceptance of the diesel fuel delivered by the Contractor to the fuel tanks will be confirmed each time by a WZ document signed by persons authorized by the Ordering Party. The invoice will show the actual amount of fuel delivered. j) The basis for changing the unit prices of ON will be new prices presented by the Contractor developed on the basis of prices announced by the manufacturer (the change may only apply to unit prices). The Contractor is obliged to inform the Ordering Party about the change in prices; the amount of the mark-up/discount applied is fixed throughout the duration of the contract.
