1. The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00, intended to cover the planned deficit of the Budget of the Municipality of Mrągowo in 2022.2. The loan will be granted in 1 tranche transferred to the Ordering Party's bank account: by 14.11.2022.

3. Repayment of the loan (principal) will take place on the dates and amounts specified in the loan repayment schedule.
4. The balance of the credit shall be subject to interest from the withdrawal date until the day preceding the change in the balance.
5. Interest accrued by the Lender shall be repaid on a monthly basis by the 15th of the following month, on the basis of a notice containing the accrual sent by the bank by the last business day of the accounting month.
6. Interest on the loan taken out shall not be capitalised.
7. The interest rate on the loan will be variable, based on the WIBOR 3M rate increased
for a fixed margin proposed by a bank selected under the Public Procurement Law.
8. The commission on the used loan amount will be payable before the date of starting the loan.
9. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to run the full tranche of the loan.
10. The Ordering Party does not pay commission and interest on the unused loan amount.
11. The amount of the commission determined by a percentage ratio to the amount of credit used and the amount of the margin as a component of interest accrued on the loan tranches granted shall be fixed for the entire duration of the contract and shall not be subject to change.
12. All handling and other fees associated with the operations and activities related to the performance of the contract were included in the margin and commission.
13. The accounting period (year, quarter, month) is assumed in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code.
14. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of early repayment of the loan taken out or its part without incurring any charges in this respect, including without prior notification to the Lender.
15. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changing the schedule during the term of the contract, without incurring any charges in this respect.
16. The change in the repayment schedule referred to in point 15 will not exceed the final repayment date, i.e. 30.03.2036.
17. Legal collateral for the loan will be provided in the form of a blank promissory note signed by the Mayor of the Mrągowo Commune at the countersignature of the Treasurer of the Commune.
18. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of preparing information on the financial situation of the municipality for the needs of the Contractors according to the templates and guidelines resulting from their individual regulations.
19. The Municipality of Mrągowo meets all the requirements of the Act of 27 August 2009
on public finances (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 305, as amended) has the ability to take out loans.
