Description:
The provision of cleaning and disinfection services of premises and co-care of patients in the field of medical care

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and disinfection services of premises and co-care of patients in the field of medical care in the Hospital and the provision of cleaning and disinfection services in the Revenue and the Administration building

2) A detailed description of the premises and the rules for maintaining cleanliness and the scope of the duties of staff performing services in the premises of the Ordering Party, how to handle waste, clean and dirty underwear is set out in Annex 2

3) The service provided in the hospital must comply with the procedure - Hospital hygiene (Annex 2) and the procedures in accordance with the list in Annex 2, which will be made available to the Contractor after the signing of the contract.

2) A detailed description of premises and rules for maintaining cleanliness and the scope of duties of employees performing services in the premises of the Contracting Authority, how to handle waste, clean and dirty underwear, see Annex 2 attached to this SWZ

3) The service provided in the hospital must comply with the procedure - Hospital hygiene (Annex 2) and the procedures in accordance with the list in Annex 2, which will be made available to the Contractor after the signing of the contract.

4) All employees (hall, cleaners) except training on the Contractor's side

will receive post training carried out by eligible persons on the part of the Ordering Party and will be familiar with the topography and applicable regulations on the premises of the hospital

5) The Contractor is obliged to submit to the head of the Administrative and Technical Department the name on-call schedule in the hospital, dispensaries and administration building no later than the last day of each month for the next month. Changing the hall or cleaner will be possible after the prior telephone notification of the Head of Administrative and Technical Department, provided that it must be a person trained and familiar with the topography and applicable regulations on the premises of the hospital.

6) All employees are required to strictly comply with official secrecy in relation to their activities with patients and to medical activities they may have witnessed or by virtue of the functions performed in which they participated and to maintain confidentiality personal data they may have been acquainted with during the performance of their work duties.

7) Currently, the service is performed by 33 people. (The Contracting Authority does not forward these employees)

8) In connection with the specifics of the object of the contract, the Ordering Party pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Law of Public Procurement requires that persons performing the tasks indicated by the Contracting Authority (excluding washing the facade of the hospital building) be employed by Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract during the entire term of the contract. In the event of termination of the employment of the persons referred to above before the end of the date of implementation of the contract, the Contractor or Subcontractor shall be obliged to direct another person employed in the required form immediately to the place.
