The subject of the proceedings is the award of a public contract for the supply of 3 pieces of heavy rescue and firefighting vehicles intended for organizational units of the PSP of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts.
A detailed description of the object of the contract is contained in the Annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in Annex No 1 of the item 'Description of the procurement subject', containing the minimum technical and utility requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No 2 of the “Contract Pattern”, setting out the detailed conditions for implementation of the implementation of the contract object of the contract.
Heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle (1 pc)The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of 1 piece of heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for KW PSP intended for the organizational unit of the PSP of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the Specifications of the Terms of the Contract, i.e. in Annex No. 1 entitled "Description of the subject of the contract", containing the minimum technical and functional requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 entitled "Model contract", specifying the detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:
(a) correspond to all the characteristics set out in the specification of the terms of the contract and comply with the applicable standards;
(b) be factory new, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work;
(c) have a set of technical and operational documentation and enabling its registration.
