delivery of furniture and household appliances to student dormitories and facilities of the University of Szczecin

Delivery of refrigerators with a height of approx.: 125 cm (247 pcs.) and 200 cm (6 pcs.) Warranty: min. 24 months at the manufacturer's authorized service. Implementation phase:

1) Transport, unloading and assembly of equipment will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor;

2) The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Ordering Party to the address in Szczecin indicated by the Ordering Party together with the delivery to the indicated premises.

The subject of the contract should be reported to the Ordering Party for collection in a condition enabling its use, i.e. rooms after assembly emptied of packaging elements, residual materials (polystyrene, foil), clean floor surfaces; The Contractor is obliged to take the remaining security to the containers indicated by the Contracting Entity.

3) Payment for the performance of the subject of the contract: by bank transfer within 21 days to the bank account indicated by the Contractor after delivery of the acceptance protocol and invoice signed by the parties to the contract.

Delivery 43 pcs. refrigerators with a height of approx.: 170 cm according to the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Chapter 2 SWZ

Warranty: min. 24 months at the manufacturer's authorized service.

Delivery of 35 single couches in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Chapter 2 of the swz. Warranty and service: Warranty: min. 36 months. Place of delivery:

20 pcs. – Student House No. 4, Podgórna 26, 70-205 Szczecin

Delivery of 200 upholstered chairs, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Chapter 2 of the swz. Warranty and service: Warranty: min. 36 months. Warranty – minimum 36 months

Transport to two locations in Szczecin – student dormitories No. 2 and No. 4 US. Transport, unloading, unpacking of security (foils, polystyrene, etc.), bringing with indication to individual rooms / places – activities carried out at the expense and risk of the contractor. The Contractor shall be obliged to take the residual security to the containers indicated by the Contracting Entity.

The subject of the contract should be reported to the Ordering Party for collection in a condition enabling its use (i.e. rooms after assembly emptied of packaging elements, residual materials, clean floor surfaces, clean furniture – i.e. all elements without any factory protection coatings, vacuumed).

The Ordering Party reserves the right to accept the subject of the order with the participation of an expert in the field of furniture and carpentry.

Delivery of furniture for rooms No. 123A, 123B, 106,107 in the building of the University of Szczecin at 64 Mickiewicza Street in Szczecin, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Chapter 2 of the Szczecin. Warranty and service:

1) The contractor shall provide a guarantee for furniture with free service for a period of 36 months. 1a) The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for chairs min. 36 months (3 years).

The Contractor shall ensure in the post-warranty period (for point 1) the availability of spare parts and full service of the subject of the contract, for a period of 3 years from the date of the end of the warranty period.

2) Notification of the service technician for the repair of the subject of the order will take place within 4 working days from the date of reporting the defect, and the repair will be carried out within 7 working days from the date of reporting the defect, and if there is a need to import parts / components of furniture or the entire furniture, the repair will be carried out within 21 days from the date of reporting the defect.

3) The costs of travel of the service to and from the place of use or transport of damaged furniture to and after repair shall not be charged to the Ordering Party during the warranty period.

4) Replacement of any furniture module belonging to the subject of the order with a new equivalent one will take place at the request of the Ordering Party, at its second damage during the warranty period. The damaged module not subject to repair will be replaced with a new equivalent one and, in accordance with the provision of art. 581 of the Civil Code, will be delivered with a full warranty period, i.e. at least .36 months.
