With this tender, the Contracting Authority aims to conclude one Agreement for Procurement Support, Advice and Project Management with one Contractor.

For this tender, the Contracting authority follows the restricted procedure within the meaning of section 2.2.1.3 of the AW 2012.

The following falls within the scope of the assignment:

• Project management for the implementation of the improvement plan

• Support/advise the purchasing board for giving fulfillment of their role and task

• Guidance and execution of (complex) procurement and procurement processes to support team procurement

A total of about 2 FTEs of external support is expected to be required over the next 2 years, or 1,692 hours per year. Exact distribution is difficult to estimate beforehand. Depending on the developments, this need will subsequently decrease, or will no longer be necessary.

The framework agreement is capped at €250,000 excl. VAT per year, or cumulatively €1,000,000.
