Description:
Technical control missions and health protection safety coordination missions as part of the construction and modernization works of the Rennes University Hospital (phases 1 and 2)

The public contract is a framework agreement which does not set all the contractual stipulations, it gives rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the public order code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and without maximum for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4-3 of the public order code.

Technical control missions

Each of the lots in this public contract is multi-awarded. The number of economic operators selected per lot is a maximum of three, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders. Whenever a need arises, the Rennes University Hospital will put the holders of the relevant framework agreement in competition on the basis of consultation regulations and specifications. The contracts which will be concluded on the basis of the framework agreements will be the written documents which will specify the characteristics and the methods of execution of the services requested which have not been fixed in the framework agreement concerned. The framework agreement is concluded at unit prices as defined in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) for the lot concerned. These prices will serve as a ceiling price for establishing the prices of subsequent contracts. The contracts which will be concluded on the basis of the framework agreement are contracts treated at fixed prices as specified in the Breakdown of the overall and fixed price (DPGF) of the subsequent contract concerned. The services covered by this framework agreement are described in the CCTP for the lot concerned.
