The municipality of Saarwellingen needs support in controlling an overall urban development measure in the municipality of Saarwellingen as well as related individual urban development measures in the town centre.

For this purpose, a representative within the meaning of § 157 Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) is sought, who supervises the preparation, control and implementation of the individual urban development measures within the framework of the overall measure in the municipality of Saarwellingen.

The total value of the contract estimated under II.1.5) of the EU Notice of approximately EUR 230,000 is foreseen for the expected total period of 5 years (3 years, plus an optional extension of 2 years, depending on the agreement with the funding body) (see also II.2.7) of the EU Notice). The total value must not be exceeded.

The municipality of Saarwellingen expects support in the management and implementation of an overall urban development measure in the municipality of Saarwellingen, which has been ongoing since 2008, as well as associated individual urban development measures in the town centre. It expects an applicant to be familiar with the advertised service due to his work in other comparable urban development projects as a redevelopment officer or urban redevelopment officer. A detailed project description of the service to be provided can be found in the document "Service description program controller" (see Annex 1). Furthermore, information and documents (ISEK and delimitation of the redevelopment area) are available for the aforementioned measure, which are made available to applicants on subreport. During the application phase, there are no further documents that can be requested via this announcement or the forms and information provided under subreport. Application phase (phase 1) and invited to submit a fee offer and to participate in a negotiation interview (phase 2).
