The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service in the field of:
1) the receipt and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property and from uninhabited properties on which the holiday cottage is located, or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes in the territory of the Municipality of Ozorków (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality) and from real estate, on which educational, cultural, sports, health and animal activities are carried out. ,
2) equipment, collection (transport) and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste in Prayer (hereinafter referred to as the Point).
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service in the field of:

2) equipment, collection (transport) and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste in Prayer (hereinafter referred to as the Point).
The municipal waste collection and management service includes mixed and separately collected municipal waste in accordance with the applicable law. The subject of the contract covers only municipal waste, which is understood as waste generated in households, excluding end-of-life vehicles, as well as waste that does not contain hazardous waste from other waste producers, which by its nature or composition is similar to waste generated in households (as defined in the Waste Act).
The subject of the order is detailed in the specification of the terms of the order, together with the annexes, including the Detailed Description of the Order Subject, which is Annex 7 to the SWZ.
